Biography
- Dr Tariq Almutairi is an academic and strategic leader with over twenty years of experience in higher education, executive training, consulting, and research. He has served as Director of the Entrepreneurship Center at the University of Hafr Al-Batin since June 2024 and as Assistant Professor in Marketing and Management since September 2023. He holds a PhD in Brand Management from Cranfield University and an MSc and BSc in Business and Management from Brunel University London. His experience includes leading entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives, developing startup incubation programs, and establishing partnerships with government agencies, industry, and international universities. He has also led university teams in international innovation competitions and exhibitions. His research interests include strategic marketing, consumer behaviour, innovation management, technology adoption, and AI applications in marketing and entrepreneurship.
